Having problem gridview for contacts

Hello All

here i am trying to show contacts fields on my gridview using visual studio but problem is that whenever i add only two field firstname and lastname in my grid, it easily populate with grid but whenever i am trying to some other field it shows error. you can see in image that i attached. please help me??
