In CRM 2013 if an email was received from an unknown sender it would appear in red text. Users could then click on it and resolve it to a contact or create a new contact.
It seems in CRM 2016 this red text no longer happens, the email address is in blue. If a user clicks on it they can still resolve or create a new contact in the same way.
I notice the red text works fine when composing an email but not on a received email.
Wondered if anyone else is seeing the same thing?
