Hi Team, We are using Dynamic CRM online. We have a requirement to send an invoice to the individuals in Contacts. We are good with generating the invoice for the individuals till Invoice Paid. but couldn't send the same invoice to them via email as PDF attachment. So we want to automate for sending email with Invoice attached as PDF to the Contacts once the Invoice Paid or Complete by each individuals. Please assist us with steps or any configuration in CRM which will be helpful to complete this requirement. Even if this is handled with Workflow please let us know the steps to achieve this.
