Hello Everyone,
I'm using CRM Online and Exchange online. When I send mails through a mailbox from CRM Online I always receiving failure email delivery with error message "550 5.7.501 Access denied, spam abuse detected".
However, when sending to the same recipient from the same mailbox but directly from OWA it is going through without any issue.
I would need your help/inputs to resolve this issue.
