The Close Opportunity form is not working correctly/missing field data on users computer when using the "Close As Won" menu button. All the fields will display with no values/blank ("--"). The issue appears to be local to salesman's computer. Using their credentials and logging in on my system, form appears correctly.
Status Reason: shows blank field, should appear with "Won" in field
Actual Revenue: Missing currency symbol, should appear with "$". This issue also causes an error when completing form, stating that a currency must be chosen. Even if you add "$" to entry, will still error.
Close Date: shows blank field, should appear with today's date
Below is how form should normally appear, and does on my system, but doesn't on user's system.
Would appreciate any help or feedback on resolving this issue.
