Business Process Flows

Hi All,

I have created a new business process flow with two stages "Stage 1", "stage 2".

Stage 1 is created for Account entity, and Stage 2 is for ContactEntity.

When i filled in attributes of Stage 1 and saved the account form,

new account is created and

when i select Next Stage and + sign the "stage 2" is not shown but a new contact form is opened.

Any ideas on why this is happening?
