Timeout condition not executing

Hi guys,

I've created a timeout condition to be executed 7 days before the meeting date and time  set up manually by users. Following this I'm sending an email notification out for the meeting only if the meeting is at least 2 days in advance. Unfortunately this is not executing. All I get is the spinning loading icon. I'm not sure if I'm doing something  wrong. Can someone please advise?
