Change the behavior of the "+" on the quotedetails subgrid

I have the out of the box Quotedetails subgid on quote. The "+" offers me to Add a existing product, Write In and Get Products. I want that the "+" just open the QuoteDetail window (withouth having to choose).

The QuoteId in QuoteDetails is already business required.

Is there a way to accomplish this?

I managed to hide the "Existing product" and "Get products" button with ribbon workbench, but I still need to click the "+" and select write in (Even there, the QuoteDetails window opens in the whole page instead of a pop up)
