My requirement is to create a task based on an email record (If a customer sends an email to a specific email in CRM). I have set up "Automatic Record Creation and Update Rule" and my Email router is also setup and functioning fine.
But when I am triggering an email from my gmail, that mail is not being created in Email entity. where as if I am sending a mail from CRM then the mail is going out fine and if the customers reply on that email then also its being logged as a record in CRM.
Isn't that possible to auto create an email record in CRM if the mail is triggered from gmail or some custom email services?
Please give me a solution to track that external emails which is triggered fresh from external emails.
