Page Template to display metadata filter in CRM Portal

Hi All,

I am new with CRM portal and my requirement is to display the meta data filter of Entity List.

I am confused with selection of page template that I should use on the web page.

Now I am using web page as "page" and template also as "page" but not able to display the filter.

Any type of help will be helpful.
