Duplicate Cases Creation in CRM 2013

Hi All,

I have requirement in CRM to create automatic cases on create  Of Organisation and update of Case Initiation date in  organisation.

I have created two workflow One on Create of Organisation  and One on Update of Case Initiation Date in Organisation.

Now The Problem is Create Workflow Wait for Case Initiation date to Create Case and It triggered on Create of Organisation.

and now User update the organisation before Case Initiation date and Update workflow is triggered.

and both workflow are waiting to create case on Case initiation date.

And two cases have been created. Ideally it should Create One but it creating two.

Please find the list of Workflow (Background Process) for Organisation.

Kindly Suggest how to deal with such kind of Problem. Any Help Greatly appreciated.
