Unfortunately social feed with activities isn't the best tool if you want to open organization and read email communication with client, especially if there were a lot of emails you need to expand each and press "more" button /
In some crm systems this feature done just with simple feed (all emails expanded and you just scroll down without any other actions)
I know that social feed with activities can't be customized. Can you, please, give some solutions, ideas or templates how to solve this tasl - get user friendly expanded feed with all emails for client?
All emails don't have filled regarding field and were just tracked in outlook*
