how can I create a visual studio 2012 project based on the Dynamics CRM Package template using PowerShell script

As part of a Dynamics CRM 2013 on-premise automated deployment process I would like to create a visual studio 2012 project based on the Dynamics CRM Package template using PowerShell script.

I was not able to find any relevant samples yet but I think its possible by using Ole Automation to control Visual Studio.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
