I have a need to notify sales reps when there are updates on their customer's cases. We use notes for most updates so I'd like to use a workflow to send an e-mail to them. I can't seem to get it to work. In the To: field I have it set to "{Owner(Regarding (Account))}". The notes never send because it says there are no recipients defined. What am I doing wrong? Or is this not possible?
