We recently upgraded to Dynamics 365 from CRM Online 2016. As a result all our CRM Organizations and Regions are no longer appearing in the Unified Service Desk CRM Organization selection window. Kindly advise on how to restore.

Hello!
One of my Users asked if I can remove the Disqualify option from the mobile version's popup menu visible when you are in a Lead record and click on "More."
Alternately, making it impossible for select users to Disqualify Leads altogether (regardless of mobile or otherwise) would also get us to the same place!
Please let me know if you know how to do either of these customizations.

Tracking a Won Opportunity Client Subscriptions
New to CRM and I'm tasked with trying to capture our Accounts Subscription Timeframe/Fee/Application in CRM.
We have an opportunity we won, the account has a 2 years subscription for a specific production, when the 2year time frame is up and they need to renew subscription, would this be a new Won Opportunity that would have to be generated and the Est. Close Date be when the Subscription is up?
Again, I'm New to CRM and my company is new to using CRM the way it should be used. So i'm trying to figure out how to go about capturing this information the correct way. If anyone could provide assistance or point me to a Document or video that deals with what i'm tasked with, I would appreciate it.

Grid vs. Relationships

I have an entity called Supplier that has a relationship with the Control entity. There is a relationship between Supplier and Control, where a Supplier has N Controls, so far so good ....
But inside the Control I also have a relationship with Account, where an Account has N Controls.
When I create the Control I do it from a Vendor and fill in the Account.
In other words, each Supplier has N Controls, and each Control has a linked Account.
But how do I make the Controls appear in the Accounts?
Each account can only view your Controls .. How to do this?

Were using a WIndows service which establishes a WCF connection to CRM. It worked well in 2015, but i cant get it to work in 2016 (performed an in-place upgrade). Nothing else was changed other than the upgrade. Something tells me that its the AppPool credentials/identity of the WCF site that may need to be adjusted. I tried an Admin AD user (which has permissions to CRM), and NetworkService. No luck. The AppPool for the CRM site itself (CRMAppPool) is running as NetworkService (Classic).
It throws the following error:
System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> System.ServiceModel.Security.SecurityNegotiationException: The caller was not authenticated by the service. ---> System.ServiceModel.FaultException: The request for security token could not be satisfied because authentication failed.

While attempting to install ADXstudio Customer Portal 7.0.0022 into Dynamics 365 On-Prem I receive an error "You can not disable change tracking for account entity since mobile offline is already enabled" how might I get around this to import this?
Business Process Flow - Opportunity to Order
Currently working with a Business process flow that follows along the sales process, we are trying to cut out the need for the Quote stage in the process, with just creating, activating and winning a quote happening when on the Opportunity stage. When a quote is won, the order is linked to the Opportunity.
Back on the Opportunity, clicking next stage brings up the small box to "Select Order" to move the stage forward. The order that has been linked to this Opportunity is now showing up for selection here.
What are the requirements for getting a record to show up in this 'Select' box to advance a stage in a process?

I have created some customised reports using advanced find and saving dynamic worksheets.
I need to add some additional query criteria (not just columns) that will flow through into the existing worksheet.
The results in the advanced find have updated and reflect what I'm after, but it's not translating into excel.
Does anyone know?

I have created Web Hosted Application in CCA application which hosts CRM 2013 Home Page URL in the application Main Panel.While clicking on entity record, it does not trigger new window from the application and the records are opening in the same application.

Notifications for follow up visits Field Service Mobile App
Hi Field Service Professionals,
When a booking is completed, the field service resource closes the booking using the mobile app. But this doesn't closes the corresponding work order. For closure of the work order the dispatcher reviews the work order and then closes it. What if a follow up visit is required for the work order to be completed. What suggestions do you ave for the following needs:
1. How would the field resource notify the dispatcher that a follow-up visit is required from within the mobile app?
2. Also will a new work order get created for completing the remaining Service tasks required in the follow up visit? If yes how will the two work order get related to each other?
Even any suggestions on this would be highly appreciated.

Inline edit product catalog description in quote
Hi, i have a doubt about CRM standard functionality.
We use a product catalog for our professional services, that change in every oportunity. So, the description is "Professional Services" by default, but we need to change it. For example, can be "Change Server, reconfigure user profiles, etc etc" or "Migrate to Office365 and reconfigure Outlook in laptops". All of these are Professional Services, and need to use a product catalog for effectivity analizing instead of a out of catalog product.
Can we get this functionality?

Then I opened it in compatible view and I got error on page stating Not Supported. This action not supported.

it works perfectly till i restart the outlook an error block the outlook. i tried to run it in safe mode, it seems the problem from the CRM add-on.
