Marketing Lists - No members section

Hi Guys,

I don't seem to have a members section on my marketing lists. Whenever I add members they never appear and I have gone into form editor and try to create lookup fields poitning to leads, accounts and contacts but this doesn't work. Please see a screenshot of my marketing list view.

I have seen multiple videos online and images of marketing lists and it seems that by default there should be a members section in the middle that populates when you add members. Anyone got any ideas why mine looks like this?
