Dialog not updating a record

I am trying to create a dialog which will update an existing Opportunity and then clone the opportunity

I can clone the opportunity but the dialog is not updating for all the fields

The first prompt and response which is a date field is but the other two are not

When I look for responses in the dynamic options to update the opportunity I do not see any values
