Order "Fulfill Order" Button

Hi

Is there some way of disabling the button on an order that says "Fulfill Order"  until a yes/no field on the form is set to yes?

In other words, if the field on the form = no then hide the "Fulfill Order" button until the user selects Yes and saves the form.

Or is there another way to achieve this that i haven't thought of?
