I am the business analyst working on the rollout of MS Dynamics (professional license types) at the company I work for. I am struggling to find information related to the additional software and or services that are required to successfully implement CRM cloud service at my organisation.
Our current server infrastructure is hosted behind closed doors, for example exchange AD and ERP. Now that we are going with a cloud CRM offering what will we need in terms of development environment, connectors, accounts and memberships?
- What level of 365 do I require?
- What level of Azure do I require?
- What level of Visual Studio do I require?
- What else if anything am I missing?
Can anyone of you help me with this information or point me where I can find it out?
