Regarding pane missing from e-mails sent by workflow (2016)

Hi,

I have a customer that recently upgraded to CRM 2016 On Premise.

After the upgrade a workflow that was set to send an e-mail to a new assignee of a Case stopped working (this was based on a subentity; Case Owner). It was no longer possible to reference the case in the Regarding field in the workflow configuration.

We created a new workflow based on the prime entity Case, basically doing the same thing, with a reference to Case in the Regarding field.

The e-mails are sent successfully, just as before, but now the receivers of these e-mails cannot see the Regarding pane anymore. They could before.

Any ideas?
