Personal Dashboard Settings

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help. I've noticed that our Personal Dashboards are allowing users to Delete them, even though in the Share Dashboard settings, the user is only set to Read the Dashboard. This just seems to be something new that I've seen and wondered if anyone else has seen this? Is there a global setting for Personal Dashboards that may impact this?
