Hi,
I just installed CRM for outlook 2016 to connect my online Dynamics CRM 2016 with outlook. I tried to test the offline mode but unfortunatly I've got the following error :
"Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'cndx.Primarykey_SystemFrom'. Cannont insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.SystemFormBase'. The duplicate key value is (768d0d90-8760-447A-8165-379f3c79d2c7 , d2bf7f17-c2b0-4491-a3ea-4396620ceeff , 0 , Jan 1 1900 12:00AM). The statement has been terminated."
I tried everything : uninstall CRM for Outlook ; uninstall outlook and CRM for outlook ; try on another computer > Always the same error.
Any idea how to fix this ? My main issue is I found CRM for Outlook really slow. I assume the offline mode should be faster ?
