Sending automatic email after order creation based on customer Country

Dear all,

When I create an Order, I need to send an automatic email to the customer information of the order.
This I manage to do it using a work flow and an email template.

But my requirement is that I have customers in different country and based on the Country, I need to send the email in proper language.
For that I have for instance an email template in English by default and also on in French.

But then, from the workflow process, how to make it so it will use proper email template based on my customer country entry ?
