Hello. everyone. I'm trying to develop my first CRM "solution" and I'm still in the early phase of the project. I've been able to do everything without any coding so far, so that's great because my coding skills are outdated. The solution relates to properties (of the real estate/street address type). I would like to allow users to add photos and possibly videos that are linked to the custom entity that contains all of the property. I reviewed previous posts on the topic, but most of them were before SharePoint or Azure BLOB storage.
What is the best method of adding photos that relate to an entity? Adding them into their own related entity will fill obviously increase the CRM database unnecessarily and inefficiently. So, I reviewed the most recent info I could find on the topic but it was dated 2013 https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/dynamics-coe/2013/01/30/using-windows-azure-blob-storage-with-dynamics-crm/ . With SharePoint as a possibility, or any newer features in Dynamics CRM Online 2016, are there better ways to accomplish this? It would seem to be a popular scenario for a variety of cases - product catalogs, real estate listings, property inspections, insurance inspections, etc.
I would like to use SharePoint or PowerApps to add/delete media, once I can get it linked to the custom entity.
I'd appreciate any advice or links to blogs/articles already covering the issue!
