Hi,
At the customer we're facing an issue where the Synchronize button is invisible, when Server Side Synchronization is activated. Only appointments, tasks and contacts are synchronized with Server Side Sync. Incoming and outgoing Emails are using the classic outlook client method.
Deployment
- CRM 2016 UR1 on premise and client
- Outlook 2010 SP2
Anyone has an idea ?
