I'm new to the admin responsibilities for CRM 2013. I wrote a simple workflow to change the owner of accounts when we have a change in SalesReps. I have done this twice and both times the Tasks were changed to either myself or CRM Administrator and the created date was also changed to the date of the workflow being run. I would have expected the tasks to now have the new Owner? I have read about changing the Type of Behavior to Configurable Cascading, will doing this prevent this issue? Is there any way to recover from this?
