Converting email to Case - Email is not removing from queue

Hi All,

I am beginning the testing process of automatically converting emails to cases upon entering the queue.

In the instructions on technet, it indicates that the email will be removed from the queue automatically, upon conversion to case.

This is not happening in my testing. Anyone know how to fix that?

Also, if the email was being removed as expected, then how does the user (or team) know that a case has arrived to work on?
