Can I do Incremental count in Timer?

Hi All,

I am just doing my R&D on timer control.

I have few questions, can any one please clarify them

1. Can we show timer incrementing the time? Normal timer will decrement the time from a particular date field, like that can we increment the time from record createdon?

(I wanted to show case age using timer ?)

2. When I pause timer, it is showing as '||paused' but when I resumed it, it is counting the paused time also?

If it calculates the paused time also, what is the use of pause?

Example: (When pausing timer value: 4h 30m 10s, I paused it for 1min, after resumed it is showing 4h 29m 10sbut it should show 4h 30m 10s only right?)
