SLA for emails

Hi,

I set an SLA KPI for email

i found that the succeeded on field for the SLA KPI gets fulfilled only if it was succeeded before the failure time reached.

If it was succeeded after the failure time i don't get any time stamp for when the SLA KPI was succeeded.

Can i fulfill this time stamp into the succeeded on in any case? into a different field?
