Delete Account using Oan demand Custom workflow

Hi,

I am deleting Account using On demand custom workflow where the scope of the workflow is Organization. Now, lets say a salesperson who has all privelages to run the On demand workflow, will he able to delete the Account when he runs the Workflow? ( The reason I am confused here is from the CRM interface, since his Account level persmissions dont have the option to delete) can he delete when he runs my custom workflow.

Any experts advise is highly appreciated.
