Hi, is it possible to change the user that CRM portals runs as instead of the SYSTEM user?
The owner of the website is set to SYSTEM. If I change this will the portal then make calls impersonating that user?
I am reluctant to try this as if I break the portal then I cannot set it back to SYSTEM as this user is not generally recognised by CRM.
I cannot access the SYSTEM user in Settings - Security - Users. When clicking on the link to it from the website owner it is showing as a disabled user.
The main reason to change this is because the CRM has two business units and the SYSTEM user is set to a specific BU. When the portal acts on any cases in its own BU it works as intended, however, when it creates a portal comment for a case in the other BU it is failing.
