integration real time between two crm organizations

Currently I am working on integration project between two CRM organizations
The request is to manage the accounts in real time
And I want to make a plugin to create the account on the first crm organization automatically create an account on the second crm organization
The same for the modification and deletion
The two organizations are in the 2016 version on-premise with IFD

Can you give me a sample code
