Hi,
I am trying to customize the Sitemap on CRM 2015 On Premise. The png icons with transparent background look good in the Web UI but not in Outlook client. Also, the png icons do not appear on the Outlook main reading pane.
There are no properties to add separate Outlook specific icons for <Area>, only for <Sub area>. It must be possible as the Default Sitemap which comes OOTB does have separate icons for the Areas in Outlook and in Web UI. How is this being achieved?
I noticed the Area png icons are being used from \_imgs\NavBar\ActionImgs folder from the Server.
I have looked through the SDK as well but havent seen any tags or properties to achieve this.
