Quick campaign error

Hi,

When i create a quick campaign (phone call or appointment ...) from marketing list ; the quick Campaign gets created at the back end but pop up error appears "An error has occurred. Please go back to home page and try again ".

The onpremise plateform is CRM 2016 December Update

Please help me to resolve this issue.
