Display the Value of Dialog in entity Form

Hello,

I created one dialog which takes the feedback from Customer.

Now, I want to display the value which are given by the customer in dialog in Feedback Section in Customer entity.

Is it Possible ?

Ultimately, I want to display the values which are in dialog to the entity form.

if possible, how can it done ?
