export/import notes associated with lead

Hi,

I'm migrating all leads from my old CRM to a new CRM instance. Is there a way to export and import notes and the created on time stamp from the 'social activity' section into my new CRM?

I've only exported and imported fields using the export to excel feature, then re import them to their correponding. There aren't any attachments linked to these notes so I don't need to worry about importing attached files. We're using CRM 2016 online.
