Hello,
I recently configured Yammer with CRM and this seemed to mess up data within my acticity feeds. Within 'leads' and 'accounts' there used to be a 'posts' tab. This has now been replaced with 'system posts' and 'Yammer' has now appeared when it wasn't there before. The old posts still appear, which you can see below.
But once I click onto another tab and go back to 'system posts', they are no longer there. You can see I'm still on 'system posts' but the content has completely changed.
I don't believe there is a way of getting back to the old layout, which is quite inconvenient but there must be of way of making the 'system posts' display all the original posts?
