Sign In Page as Home Page

Hi All, 

I'm looking to have the sign page as the home page on the Customer Self Service Portal.

Any ideas on how this can be set up?

I've tried a redirect from / to /SignIn with no luck.

Also, where do I find the Sign Page template?
