Error while checking the documents in documents grid

Hello,

I have development environment of Dynamics CRM 2016, integrated with SharePoint 2016. Usually when we navigate to any entity record --> Documents, it will show the documents grid with all the documents for the respective entity record.

I have a custom entity and have created the document locations for the entity records. Now I am following the below steps to check the documents for Test entity

1. Login with test user (Security role: System administrator)
2. Go to Test entity --> entity record --> Documents

3. It is showing me all the documents in the documents grid.

The issue is when I login with another user (test1) who also has a System administrator security role, when I go to the Documents tab from navigation, it is showing the below error in the documents grid

The error says that "A list of files from the following document locations could not be retrieved: SharePoint Document Location URL"

I have also checked the permission on the SharePoint document library however I can see the documents in SharePoint, but not in CRM. Even security role for both the users are the same.

The strange thing is, this happens to only one entity and test user only, but it is working fine for other custom entity with all the users.

Can anyone please tell me what can be the issue?
