Error while calling workflow for email

Hello 
I have created a workflow for email 
but when it's trigger on creation of new record 
it gives me error like this.

This workflow job was canceled because the workflow that started it included an infinite loop. Correct the workflow logic and try again. For information about workflow logic, see Help.
