Tracking Information not visible in Outlook 2010

Hi everyone,


I've been scanning the forums but i was unable to find an answer to my issue.

First of all, we're using CRM2016 0.8... on Premise with Microsoft Exchange Server on Premise.

The issue occurs for users using both Mircosoft Outlook 2010 and 2013. The affected users are receiving an e-mail from the system, which is a reminder for them when they have a new lead which they are assigned to. In the template for the e-mail I added the tracking information in the designated area. Therefore the user should be able to just click on that lead and be redirected to CRM. BUT for some reason they do not see that tracking information.

If I do an advanced search with the computer of one of the affected users I can find the e-mails in CRM with no problem and there I can see the correct tracking information.


Anyone got an idea why they're unable to see the tracking information? Is it possible that it's not even synching with Outlook, because the e-mails do not have the "tracked in CRM" symbol, instead they have the normal "e-mail" symbol.

Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Below you may find a picture of an e-mail how it should look like. Affected useres are missing the red Area.
