CRM tablet Assign to me throws security privilege error but working fine in CRM web

In CRM tablet when i try to assign the record to another person it throws security privilege error,but same thing working fine in CRM web. When i track errors it says it does not have privilege but same thing working fine in Web?Can any one facing same issue.
