With CRM 2016 on premise.
When I create a new Article using Service,,Articles,,New Article it does not show is the list under the Interactive Service Hub,,Knowledge Articles and visa versa.
I also discovered that ONLY articles created under the ISH show up as searchable in CASES using the KB Records Activity grid.
