Dynamic 365 workflow error

Hi all,
i have created one workflow for changing the state of Order from active to fulfill in dynamic 365.
When i execute this we are getting error as 

and code for this workflow is

But when i used the same code as plugin, it work perfectly.

Please suggest, how to solve this issue.
