Two options field - restrict available values

Hi, all.

I am using MS Dynamics CRM 2016 On-Premises.
I have a two-options field at entity form.  Is there the way to restrict available values depending on some logic, javascript mb?

For example if fields "a" and "b" have values, then all two options will be available to set in two-options field "c".
But if "b" contains no data - there should be only one option available to set in "c".
