Import new opportunities with multiple contacts

Hi ,

I have a list of individual names along with the company names that I need to import as opportunities directly.

There are multiple individuals from one company.These  need to be created as contacts under one opportunity. Also a corresponding account needs to be created for each opportunity. Can somebody please help on how to go about with this import ? Many thanks.
