Please your help, I have a Customer of CRM 2016 On-Premise which has: Enhanced SLA with Calendar and Holidays. The Architecture is: 3 Servers (Web, App, BD).
Looking at Settings/System Jobs/ See the Workflow of SLA with the state: "Incomplete", with the error
"TimeTrackingCacheLoader Operation encountered some errors {0}, see log for more detail."
Have done the following:
-Log in the "Web Server of CRM", With the account of the "Service App - Application Pool".
-In the regional setting, set: Región: Format US (Estados Unidos).
-And restart the Web Server.
