When using the mobile app for CRM, clicking the search button generates an error saying "This view is unavailable." I am assuming that the form/view needs to be enabled for phone express and mobile; however, I do not know which view to be looking for. What form/view is used to display the Search form on the mobile app when clicking the magnify-glass button. I would like to verify if enabled for phone express and mobile will it resolve this issue.
