Hi everyone,
I have a big trouble with our CRM Dynamics (I am "new" in CRM). Until this morning the system have been working ok and suddenly the users (and me too) receive the classic message "An error has occurred .Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support"... when we try to connect to the system...
I revised the server (rebooted it) but nothing. The services are running ok (including the asynchronous), and the server database appearas to be ok too.
The only weird thing is that the file "web.config" is associated with notepad (the icon appears)... ¿could that be the problem?...
In other hand, the event viewer in the server throws this warning message every 4 or 5 minutes:
