Outlook can not execute Dynamics 365 App for Outlook

Hi!

Have anyone had experience with Dynamics 365 App for Outlook, which can not execute inside Outlook client. I have customer with Dynamics 365 online CRM and Exchange online. Users are configured for email server side sync, have required permission to use Dynamics 365 App for Outlook, and client has been pushed to users. Everything looks fine and is setup per requirements.

Users can use App without any problems while they are using it in OWA, while when using it in Outlook (version no. 16.0.6965.2117), the client is visible in ribbon, but can not be executed. We get error sign in Dynamics 365 Apps side pane.

Details are (in slovenian on Picture, below is translation):

Translation is something like that..."The Add-in can not be executed. If you want to ignore issue, close the dialog with message. Othervise try with »Reload«."

I have tried many things, two most important are:

1. I tried to uninstall the App, but unfortunately I found out that I can not do this because App is not visible in installed add-ins in Outlook. Even it is installed (see Picture)

On the upper right corner, you can see add-in, but it is not in Outlook Add-Ins, as it should be. Bellow Picture is from my computer, where everithing is as it shoul be, and I can uninstall add-in if I want to.

I pressume, that the problem must be with language probably, but I am not sure.

2. I tried to find out if there is some limitations with add-in execution in registry on location:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins

But registry key for this add-in is not there...

I pressume that issue is related to some system limitations enforced by group policies. Important information is, that Dynamics 365 App for Outlook has been pushed to clients from Dynamics 365 Online settings, and installation is done inside internal network. I believe that in context of user and this might me a root cause for improper execution of add-in.

Have anyone any idea how to troubleshoot issue.

Man thanks for your help!

Slavko
